Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Openink Hub platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

New accounts are registered as Customers and remain pending until approved by an Admin. You are responsible for providing accurate company and contact information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Roles & Access

The Service provides role-based access for Admins, Workers, and Customers. Each role is granted access only to the features, tasks, and data appropriate to that role. You agree not to attempt to access data or functionality outside your assigned role.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You will not misuse the Service to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
  • You will not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
  • You will only connect Google Search Console / Analytics accounts you are authorized to access.
  • You will not share account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

5. Services Provided

Openink Hub facilitates task assignment, SEO reporting, and performance dashboards (including Search Console and Analytics data, and SEO Site Audit reporting). Reports are generated based on data submitted by Workers/Admins or fetched via authorized Google integrations, and are provided for informational purposes.

6. Fees & Payment

Where applicable, fees for services are agreed separately with your account manager. Any billing terms, invoices, or payment schedules communicated outside this platform take precedence for that engagement. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and design remain the property of Openink Hub. Data and reports generated for your account belong to you, subject to our right to retain copies for record-keeping and service delivery purposes.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or misuse the Service. You may request account closure at any time by contacting your account manager.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Openink Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including inaccuracies in third-party data (e.g. Google Search Console or Analytics).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
