1. Introduction
Openink Hub (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a role-based task management and SEO reporting console (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from Admins, Workers, and Customers, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data.

- Service credentials: account identifiers and access details you provide for third-party platforms (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Analytics) so our team can deliver SEO services on your behalf.
- Usage data: pages visited, actions taken within the dashboard, and task activity logs.
- Google account data: when you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics via OAuth, we access performance metrics (queries, clicks, impressions, sessions, users) strictly to generate reports for your account.

- To assign, track, and report on SEO and marketing tasks.
- To generate performance dashboards, charts, and monthly reports.
- To communicate service updates, approvals, and account status changes.
- To maintain the security and integrity of the platform.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only: (a) internally between Admins and Workers assigned to your account for service delivery, (b) with Google APIs strictly to retrieve the analytics data you authorized, and (c) where required by law.
5. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored in access-controlled databases with role-based permissions. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted authentication tokens and restricted API access, to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and reporting data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements.
